Job Purpose:

To oversee and support all facility and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, timely resource availability, and efficient service delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth administration work for the entire department.
- Renew and maintain supplier contracts in a timely manner.
- Supply necessary materials to various departments as per their requests.
- Provide welcome kits and required commodities to hostels.
- Maintain and analyze monthly revenue and cost records.
- Ensure proper waste management for the company.
- Ensure seamless availability of water, electricity, diesel, and gas for the entire project.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Maintain accurate asset handover and asset receiving records.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, equivalent qualification, professional certification, or relevant experience.
- Educational background in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
