Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, assisting with administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and overseeing office administration. We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage a mix of professional and personal tasks, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day coordination between CEO’s office and other stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-ups, scheduling, and communication across teams
- Handle personal and professional tasks with confidentiality and efficiency
- Be available beyond regular working hours and on weekends as needed
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle communication on behalf of the CEO – emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders as required
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and logistics
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO’s home and office for various needs

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a PA/EA or in a similar coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and after-hours when needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Proficiency in Office Administration
- Experience in supporting senior executives
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
