We are looking for an organized, multi-tasking individual to handle Hyre Snap’s daily operations and recruitment. You will ensure smooth moving of our daily operations, and that our hiring pipeline moves fast.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Ops: Manage invoicing, follow up on client payments, and handle vendor payouts.
Recruitment: Post jobs, screen candidates on the phone, and schedule interviews.
Compliance: Coordinate with our external CA for monthly payroll, GST, and TDS filings.
Admin: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and basic office administration.
Support: Assist the founders with ad-hoc operational tasks and team engagement activities.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors in relevant domain or MBA.
Experience:
1+ years in a role handling both admin/ops and people/coordination.
Required Skills
Skills:
Strong Excel (Trackers/Pivot tables) and excellent spoken English.
Mindset: Comfortable switching between "quiet focus work" (operations) and "outreach work" (recruitment).
