Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant – Executive Support to provide day-to-day administrative, scheduling, and coordination assistance across the business. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely coordination.
- Handle calls, emails, and routine correspondence professionally.
- Prepare basic documents, notes, and presentations as required.
- Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
- Maintain files, records, and documentation in a structured manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth communication.
- Track daily tasks, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide support with personal tasks and errands when needed.
- Assist in planning meetings and small-scale events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.

Requirements

- 1 to 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive work style.
- Proficiency in MS Office Workspace.
- Primarily office-based role with hands-on, immersive work exposure.
- 6-day format designed to accelerate learning and responsibility.
- Preference for immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days.
