Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Executive Administrative Assistant in our office, Jayanagar, Bangalore.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing complex schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating communications, and handling clerical and administrative tasks. The role includes acting as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive’s office.
- Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
- Location:
Jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore (Must be able to work on-site)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in Clerical Skills, including organization, scheduling, and document management
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
