Position Overview

The Exam Coordinator assists the Controller of Examinations in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all examinations. This includes exam planning, invigilation coordination, data management, communication with faculty and students, and maintaining compliance with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and publishing exam schedules in coordination with academic departments.
Coordinate exam venues, materials, and invigilation arrangements.
Ensure proper seating arrangements and adherence to capacity limits.
Support preparation, printing, and secure distribution of exam papers and materials.
Maintain confidentiality of all exam materials and student records.
Handle exam-related inquiries from students and faculty.
Assist in post-exam activities including collection of answer sheets, grading coordination, and result publishing.
Maintain accurate exam records, documentation, and data entry in digital systems.
Prepare reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Data Visualization tools to track exam performance, attendance, and other metrics.
Ensure proper documentation of exam processes for audits and accreditation purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in educational administration or exam coordination.
Knowledge of examination department operations and procedures.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Advanced Excel, and exam management systems.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
