We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin professional who can partner with business and manufacturing operations to build a high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant administration and facility management activities

• Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, and employee records

• Handle employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling

• Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence

• Coordinate recruitment support and onboarding process

• Manage vendor coordination, housekeeping, security, transport, and cafeteria services

• Monitor asset management, office infrastructure, and maintenance activities

• Support performance management and employee development initiatives

• Ensure implementation of safety practices, PPE compliance, and workplace discipline

• Drive 5S initiatives, workplace organization, and continuous improvement practices

• Coordinate with management for administrative planning and operational support
