AI Video Editor (Performance Ads) – Bengaluru

Would you like to join an international company in rapid growth, where creativity, performance marketing, and AI technology come together? At Appvestor, you will have the opportunity to create scroll-stopping video ads that we can test, iterate, and scale globally.

We are looking for an AI Video Editor who can produce a high volume of engaging performance creatives using AI video tools such as Runway, Veo3, Higgsfield, and similar platforms. This role is not about producing a few ultra-perfect edits — success is defined by consistently delivering many strong variations that perform across paid social channels.

At Appvestor, we develop software solutions for app developers worldwide, and you will become part of an international growth team operating in a fast-moving market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Producing short-form ad videos optimized for Tik Tok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta.
- Creating multiple variations per concept (hooks, edits, formats, and angles).
- Executing quickly from brief to finished video format, including captions, pacing, and clear CTAs.
- Using AI tools to generate and enhance footage, transitions, and creative iterations.
- Collaborating with growth leads to continuously improve creatives based on performance data.
- Building an efficient system with templates, reusable assets, and organized versioning.

We imagine that you:

- Have at least 1 year of experience in video editing (ads or short-form content preferred).
- Have strong fundamentals in timing, pacing, storytelling, and retention.
- Bring a performance mindset and understand what drives conversions, not just aesthetics.
- Are comfortable working with AI workflows and quickly learning new tools.
- Can work independently and deliver consistently without close supervision.
- Bonus: experience with UGC-style editing, motion graphics, or direct-response ad production.
