Sturlite is a Bangalore based electrical products company founded in 2009 with a vision to provide best in class electrical products to consumers. It is one of the fastest growing companies in this category and deals primarily in lighting (bulbs, LEDs, interior/exterior lighting etc.) and wiring, and it is now entering the category of switches, MCBs, etc. In future Sturlite would also want to enter into small electrical appliances like fans, geysers, kitchen appliances etc.

It is a rapidly growing company with 2X annual business growth, having established itself in South & West India markets in the last few years, the company is aiming at a pan India presence by this year end and aiming to be one of the major players in the category within the next 3 years.

Major Accountabilities

1. Packaging & Product Design

* Develop premium, detail-oriented packaging designs while ensuring brand consistency.

* Maintain perfect alignment, precise shadowing, and color accuracy for a polished look.

2. Social Media & Marketing Creatives

* Craft stunning, modern visual content for platforms like Instagram, emphasizing Sturlite’s product range including lighting, MCBs, wires, fans, and more.

* Maintain brand aesthetics while infusing fresh, engaging design elements.

3. E-Commerce & Digital Assets

* Enhance Amazon and Flipkart product images with professional layouts, realistic shadows, and vibrant yet balanced backgrounds.

* Ensure product visuals are refined, appealing, and conversion focused.

4. Branding & Identity Design

* Assist in creating logos, color palettes, and other essential brand assets.

* Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with Sturlite’s premium branding.

5. Collaboration & Execution

* Work closely with the Senior Creative Designer and the broader design team, including 3D artists and video editors, to maintain top-tier design standards.

* Implement feedback effectively, ensuring continuous refinement of creative outputs.

Key Skills & Expertise:

* Adobe Photoshop (Advanced) with expertise in shadowing, blending, and product enhancement
* Adobe Illustrator and Corel

DRAW with strong vector design skills

* Detail-oriented with mastery of alignment, spacing, and overall visual balance

* Product visualization with the ability to create realistic renders with depth and precision

* Creativity and innovation with a strong aesthetic sense for modern, eye-catching designs

* Time management to efficiently handle multiple projects while maintaining quality
