Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with expertise in graphic designing, tools and video editing. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling content. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals for our clients.

Role type:
Full-time and Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative content using the latest tools for various digital marketing campaigns.
Edit and produce engaging videos tailored to different platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for websites, mobile apps, social media, and other digital platforms.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and client specifications.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven technologies to continuously improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of design deliverables.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Lead, mentor, and upskill designers (graphic, motion).
Assign tasks based on strengths, timelines, and priorities.
Conduct regular design reviews and constructive feedback sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1 year of proven experience as a Visual Graphics Designer or a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe tools, Canva and other tools, along with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual projects, especially corporate videos, explainer videos, and promotional videos.
Excellent understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, color, etc.).
Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience in graphic designing.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with tech industry trends and aesthetics.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to design (not mandatory).
