Partnership Summary

We are looking to partner with top-tier Voice Over Agencies to bring our scripts to life  you are an agency owner or POC managing a roster of talented artists, we want to hear from you!
We need partners who can consistently provide voice over work specializing in a  US English Accent . The ideal agency will supply talent capable of voicing multiple distinct characters within a single recording (or manage multiple talents seamlessly to deliver the final mixed track). You will be providing voice overs for engaging 40-60 second shorts targeted at young kids and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Management & Performance:  Provide artists who can distinctively voice 3 separate characters for each script, or manage a team to fulfill these roles per video:
2 Kids  (High energy, youthful, clear)
1 Adult  (Warm, narratorial, or parental tone)
Accent Control:  Guarantee a natural, native-level US English accent across all characterizations provided by your agency.
Quality Assurance:  Deliver clean, broadcast-ready audio files (strictly free of background noise, echoes, or pops).
Pacing:  Ensure the delivery fits perfectly within the 40-60 second timeframe suitable for You Tube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or Tik Tok.

Project Requirements

Turnaround Time (TAT):  Strict adherence to a 2-day delivery window from the time the script is shared with your agency POC.
Versatility:  Ensure the talent provided can switch between "Kid" and "Adult" voices seamlessly without breaking immersion, or seamlessly mix multiple talents on your end.
Revisions:  Manage and facilitate minor retakes smoothly if specific intonations or pronunciations need adjustment.

Compensation

Budget:  1000 - 1500 INR per completed short.
