About Multiply
Multiply is a Pidilite-backed app for India’s interior contractors, built to help them present themselves like modern professionals and win more trust from their clients. Our vision is to make every contractor look and feel “project-ready”, from first impression to final handover – while we also build a homeowner-facing brand that connects clients to trusted interior experts.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (1–3 years experience) who will shape how Multiply shows up visually across our app and all external touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the c ontent, design, performance and product leadership teams to create in-app banners, UI creatives, social media assets, brand assets and performance ad creatives that strengthen our brand and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- In-App & Product Creatives
Design in-app creatives and banners that are clear, consistent, and aligned with product goals.
Maintain and work within brand assets, design systems, and templates.
Ensure visual consistency across different app surfaces and touchpoints.
- Social & Performance Marketing Creatives
Create social media stories, posts, carousels, and thumbnails for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, You Tube and Whats App.
Design performance ad creatives for Meta / Google / You Tube (static & carousels ads)
Adapt and localise creatives for different formats while staying on-brand.
- Collaboration & Execution
Translate briefs and scripts into structured, visually strong layouts.
Work with content, marketing, and performance teams to iterate based on feedback and campaign performance.
Organise design files, exports, and working folders in a clean, shareable way.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency, startup, or strong freelance experience).
Proficiency in one or more of the tools ( Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma / Canva (for layouts, social and banners)
Strong understanding of branding, brand assets, and visual identity systems.
Solid grasp of composition, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing social media creatives, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
Familiarity with AI tools for design and ideation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL
· E, etc.)
Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver within tight timelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy environment.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience working closely with performance marketing teams and understanding what type of creatives convert.
Experience designing for Indian audiences and regional contexts.
Basic understanding of UX thinking – clarity, readability, and user-first layouts.
