Job Description:
Team Pumpkin is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a strong understanding of visual communication principles, and be proficient in leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency. You will work closely with our creative directors, copywriters, and clients to create visually stunning graphics that align with project goals and enhance brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements that align with brand guidelines.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create design concepts that effectively communicate messages and engage target audiences.
AI-Enhanced Design: Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative AI for visuals, layout suggestions, and creative ideation) to accelerate design workflows and explore innovative creative solutions.
Layout and Composition: Create layouts that optimize user experience and enhance visual storytelling across digital platforms.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s identity and voice while adhering to project specifications and timelines.
Graphic Optimization: Prepare and optimize graphics for various digital formats, ensuring high quality across devices and platforms.
Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on client and team feedback to refine and improve final outputs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, AI design tools, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve creative output.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Educational
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
