-based Mercom Capital Group subsidiary. Mercom Communications India provides research, news, and communications services for clean energy organizations in the Indian market.

We need an experienced graphic designer dedicated to designing marketing collaterals, newsletters, social media images, print magazines, and any other creatives to support our activities.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be expected to apply your organizational and communication skills while displaying a positive, high-energy attitude. You must demonstrate the artistic ability and creative thinking needed to design compelling graphics, the ability to create visual images that engage, attract and sell. The ideal candidate should possess excellent concept-to-design skills and the organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines – without sacrificing creative flair.

Role Description

· Experience with design software and technologies:
InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Acrobat, Premier Pro, Animate, etc)

· Complete design responsibility of a monthly magazine, including visualization, pagination, illustrations, photo editing, and layouts.

· Create covers/layouts/designs based on the audience.

· Work with copywriters and editors to produce the final design.

· Provide creative, professional, and impactful creative options that are aligned our corporate identity and enhance presentation materials

· Maintain a graphic library consisting of icons, graphics, photography, and banners

· Manage projects from concept through production, effectively communicating project deadlines and project scope

· Balance multiple priorities and schedules efficiently to meet client deadlines

· Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand

· Create bespoke designs for presentation materials as needed

· Create impactful Ads for publications

· Design marketing materials

· Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, and others.

· Ability to develop and edit videos is a plus

· 2 to 5 years of experience with   Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) and pagination.
