We’re Faihai, a growing marketing agency built by brand-side folks who’ve scaled some of the biggest D2C businesses.
We’re now looking for an Intern:
Graphic Design & Video/Reels Creator to join us and take charge of creatives.
The Vibe We’re looking for a visual storyteller who lives on the "Explore" page and understands that a 7-second reel can be more impactful than a 30-minute documentary. If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics and a thumb for snappy transitions, Faihai wants you.
What You’ll Do
● Create Reels/Short-form Video: Edit raw footage into high-energy Reels, and Shorts (transitions, captions, and trending audio are your best friends).
● Static Design: Craft "thumb-stopping" social media posts, carousels, and ad creatives.
● Brand Stewardship: Ensure every piece of content aligns with the aesthetic and client brand guidelines.
● Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve on visual trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh.
Who You Are
● Tool-Savvy: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects or Cap Cut (for video) and Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva (for design).
● Visual Thinker: You understand pacing, color theory, and typography.
● Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a storyboard; you bring ideas to the table.
● Deadline Driven: You can pivot quickly without losing quality.
