About the Role
Orchids The International School is hiring a Social Media Copywriter & On-Camera Creator to strengthen its social media and influencer marketing efforts. This role is not for behind-the-scenes writers. It is built for current or former creators who can write, speak, host, and represent the brand on camera.
The role sits within the Social Media team and reports directly to the Social Media Lead. It does not report to a central copywriting or creative head.

Key Responsibilities
Write social-first copy for Instagram, You Tube Shorts, Facebook, and Linked In.
Conceptualize and write Reels and short-form video scripts, including hooks, talking points, and CTAs.
Write and manage influencer marketing scripts for parent creators, educators, and regional influencers.
Coordinate closely with influencers to:
o Share briefs and scripts
o Ensure clarity, tone, and brand alignment
o Follow up on timelines and content delivery
Review influencer content and ensure it meets creative and messaging standards.
Collaborate with the Social Media team on:
o Content calendars
o Campaign-led moments
o Trend-based formats and reactive content
Stay on top of platform trends, creator formats, memes, and cultural moments.
Appear on camera when required:
o Record reels, short videos, explainers, and walk-through content
o Host or speak in brand-led social content
Adapt tone and messaging across audiences while maintaining brand consistency

Qualifications & Experience
3–7 years of experience in social media writing, content creation, or influencer marketing.
Proven experience as a creator, ex-creator, or on-camera content professional.
Strong understanding of Indian social media audiences and creator ecosystems.
Multilingual writing is mandatory:
o Strong command over Hindi and Hinglish
o Any other Indian language is a strong plus
Comfortable, confident, and presentable on camera.
Ability to balance writing, coordination, and presentation responsibilities.
Experience in education, parenting, or consumer brands is a plus
