About Baby Billion
Baby Billion is a fast-growing kids' content company that has achieved 1 billion monthly views and is on track to becoming the world’s #1 kids' content channel by December 2025. We create world-class educational and entertaining videos for preschool audiences and are looking for a talented Scriptwriter to help scale our content production with engaging scripts and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
1) Craft Engaging Scripts:
Write and deliver 15 unique scripts weekly (35-45 seconds each) using the 3-arc story structure, ensuring the content is age-appropriate, imaginative, and aligned with Baby Billion’s guidelines.
2) Write Hindi Voiceover Dialogues:
Create engaging, relatable, and fun Hindi dialogues for voiceovers while avoiding negative language. Coordinate with the voice-over team to ensure timely delivery and maintain a 95% satisfaction rate via director feedback.
3) Incorporate Performance Metrics:
Use data insights from You Tube analytics (STR, APV) to refine scripts, improving story engagement and viewer retention. Ensure 70% of videos achieve STR above 70% and APV above 100% within one week of upload.
4) Adapt and Collaborate:
Work closely with the Director, Assistant Director, and You Tube Manager to adapt scripts for last-minute changes based on cast availability, ensuring 100% adherence to production schedules.
5) Feedback and Refinement:
Actively participate in weekly meetings to evaluate content performance, eliminate ineffective approaches, and double down on strategies that work.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
2+ years in scriptwriting or similar roles, preferably for kids' content.
Skills:
- Strong storytelling skills and understanding of the 3-arc structure.
- Proficiency in Hindi dialogue writing with relatable and fun expressions.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt scripts to improve performance.
- Collaboration skills to work with creative and production teams.
- Mindset:
Adaptable, creative, and performance-driven.
