Senior Art Director

Location: Bengaluru

Art Director (5–6 years)

We’re looking for an Art Director who brings strong cultural context—especially in fashion, lifestyle, and design-led brands—and can lead categories end to end.

This is not a pure execution role. You’ll be responsible for visual direction, concepting, and raising the bar beyond the brief.

What you’ll do

- Own visual direction for specific categories/campaigns—from concept to final output
- Translate cultural insight, fashion trends, and brand POV into strong visual ideas
- Guide senior designers on look, feel, and craft (not micromanage execution)
- Push work beyond “what’s asked” with sharper ideas, references, and storytelling
- Partner closely with creative leadership, content, and marketing teams

What we’re looking for

- 5–6 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or culture-first brands/agencies
- Strong visual taste and a clear point of view
- Proven ability to lead projects and take ownership, not just deliver tasks
- Comfortable giving direction, feedback, and setting visual standards

What success looks like in 6 months

- You fully own one or more categories and set the visual bar without hand-holding
- The work reflects sharper cultural relevance, stronger taste, and clearer POV
- Designers move faster and produce better work because direction is decisive and confident

- You proactively push ideas beyond the brief and raise the overall creative standard
