Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Designer at Design Epithet. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative designs, creating tailored design solutions in alignment with client needs and brand identities, and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating visual designs, prototyping, and implementing forward-thinking design strategies to provide aesthetic and functional results for a wide variety of projects.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and Creative Design strategies
Knowledge of Material Science, Systemic Innovation, and crafting Design Systems

Experience with Intelligent Design Concepts and embracing Interdisciplinary Collaboration
Strong skills in Design Conceptualization and Prototyping
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with creating and evolving Brand Ecosystems is a plus
A strong portfolio of innovative design projects is highly valued

Experience with in a similar design studio or industry is advantageous
