Who Are We?
We’re Honeycomb Creative Support, a marcom agency with 17+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, design, and content. Our client list includes Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all - we also run three sister brands:
Photostop - An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
Mudkart – An eco-construction material supplier.

We’re expanding our social media and creative team to handle branding and marketing for our in-house brands while also working on external client projects. The work split? 30% in-house brands, 70% external clients. The better you get, the more high-impact projects you can take on.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the kind of designer who can spot a good idea, make it better, and then make it look damn good.

Bring stories to life across social media, campaigns, branding, and print - whether it’s a scroll-stopping post, a slick deck, or packaging that pops.
Have a sharp sense of what works on digital - trends, tone, and timing. You’ll take inspiration and run with it, adding your own creative spin.
Keep TATs quick without compromising on quality (we love fast thinkers who still care about craft).
Collaborate with strategy, accounts, development, and media teams to turn big ideas into visual magic.
Experiment fearlessly -  try new tools, formats, and AI-based workflows to speed things up or elevate the work.
Inspire the team around you -  share ideas, resources, and creative routes that keep everyone’s design muscle flexed.
Manage multiple design projects at once while keeping your files neat, your eye sharp, and your fonts consistent.
Work closely with senior designers and creative leads to level up your work - we want you to grow your portfolio   and   your process.
Take ownership -  if you think something can be better, speak up. We value initiative as much as imagination.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on design experience (agency background is a plus, but not a deal breaker.)
A solid grasp of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Bonus points for Figma, After Effects, or any other tool you vibe with.
A keen eye for detail — you notice when things are 2px off and it   bothers   you (in the best way.)
A strong sense of responsibility and collaboration -  you take feedback like a pro and can explain your design thinking clearly.
Curious about everything -  from visual culture to tech innovations to what other brands are doing right (or wrong).
Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to streamline workflows or inspire new directions.
You care about good design - not just making things pretty, but making them meaningful.
