About the Role:

Eventive Communications is looking for a talented 3D Designer to craft immersive event environments through innovative and visually compelling designs. If you're detail-driven, a great collaborator, and thrive in fast-paced creative environments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design 3D event setups: stage layouts, exhibition booths, experience zones, installations, etc.
Translate client briefs into creative 3D concepts and mockups
Work closely with creative directors, production heads, and client servicing teams
Present concepts clearly and adjust designs based on internal and client feedback
Ensure all designs are practical, production-ready, and within the given scope
Create realistic renders that communicate the event experience
Support the production team with design specs and material suggestions

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience as a 3D Designer (preferably in the event or experiential industry)
Proficiency in 3

Ds Max, Photoshop, v-ray and Illustrator
Strong portfolio of event/stage/stall/environment design work
Excellent team collaboration skills ability to work across departments smoothly
Strong communication skills able to present ideas clearly and confidently
Understanding of event production, space management, and material feasibility
Ability to multitask, adapt to feedback, and deliver within tight timelines
Event agency experience is a must
