About the Role:

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you’ll work on high-quality visual content for both short-form and long-form videos. You’ll be responsible for turning scripts, ideas, and concepts into engaging videos that hold attention and deliver impact.

Responsibilities:
Creating motion graphics for social media videos, explainers, and long-form formats
Turning scripts into visually engaging, retention-focused videos
Designing clean, modern, and high-impact visual systems
Working closely with writers, editors, and creative teams to bring ideas to life
Taking ownership of the visual output from concept to final delivery
Understanding pacing, transitions, typography, composition, and storytelling through motion

Qualifications:

Strong working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
A good understanding of design, animation, visual hierarchy, and pacing
Ability to create polished motion graphics with clean execution
Strong sense of timing, composition, typography, and transitions
Ability to understand scripts and convert them into engaging visual stories
Ownership mindset to handle output end-to-end
Ability to collaborate with editors, writers, and other creative team members

Required Skills:

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond templates and plugins. Someone who understands why a frame moves, not just how to move it.
