We're looking for a  Senior Graphic Designer  who can do more than create beautiful visuals. We're looking for someone who can  lead execution , elevate creative quality, mentor designers, and ensure campaigns move seamlessly from concept to launch.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for driving the day-to-day creative execution across multiple brands and campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the execution of social campaigns, digital creatives, and branded storytelling.
Translate creative and marketing briefs into compelling visual ideas.
Create campaign masters, key visuals, and platform-first content across static and motion formats.
Review and mentor junior designers while maintaining high creative standards.
Build and maintain visual systems, brand playbooks, and design consistency.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, art directors, and video teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients while incorporating feedback into stronger creative solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.
Stay on top of design trends, internet culture, emerging formats, and platform best practices.

What We're Looking For
4–6 years of professional design experience.
Minimum 3 years in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, digital-first design, and visual storytelling.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experience taking projects from concept through final execution.
Confidence in presenting work and collaborating with both internal teams and clients.

Tools & Skills
You should be comfortable working with:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and related tools).
AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Kling, Nano Banana, or similar platforms.
Motion design workflows and designing for video and animation.
Social-first content formats across digital platforms.

Within your first 6 months, you'll:
Lead the creation of campaign masters and key visuals across major client accounts.
Take ownership of visual execution across social campaigns.
Drive the creative output for case studies, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
