Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Location: Bengaluru

We’re building our In-House Brand & Content Team for a growing portfolio of hospitality brands in Bangalore- featuring a cocktail bar, a large-format brewery, and another brewery & kitchen launching soon in Whitefield.

We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can create content that feels authentic, visually compelling, and true to each brand’s identity. If you’re someone who enjoys being on the floor, capturing moments as they happen, and turning them into engaging social content, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute content calendars across multiple brands.

* Manage day-to-day social media activity, including Instagram Stories, DMs, mentions, tags, and community engagement.

* Independently shoot and edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos using a mobile phone and editing tools.

* Capture day-to-day operations, cocktails, food, events, people, and behind-the-scenes moments.

* Work closely with the founders, design team, and events team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all brands.

* Stay on top of social media trends while ensuring content remains aligned with each brand’s personality.

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of experience creating content or managing social media for hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

* A strong eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting, storytelling, and editing.

* Confidence in independently shooting and editing content.

* Comfortable working on-site across multiple venues throughout the week.

* Understanding of Instagram, short-form video, and what drives meaningful engagement.

* Proactive, self-driven, and excited to help build brands from the ground up.
