Key Responsibilities
Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Identify and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice
Collaborate with writers and SEO teams to refine content for search optimization and readability
Perform fact-checking and verify sources to maintain credibility
Provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous content improvement
Monitor and enforce best practices for content structure, flow, and coherence
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or copywriting, preferably in digital marketing or SEO-focused content
Strong command of grammar, syntax, and punctuation with exceptional attention to detail
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content structuring for better search engine visibility
Familiarity with content management systems (Word Press, CMS tools) and editing software (Grammarly, Hemingway or similar)
Ability to provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous improvement
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs or other SEO analytics tools
