La Bake Amore is one of Asia’s largest specialised baking education institutes , offering professional training in baking and pâtisserie. With programmes ranging from focused workshops to advanced diploma courses, we are committed to developing the next generation of professional bakers and pastry chefs.
We are looking for a creative, technically skilled and highly motivated Photographer & Content Creator who can capture the quality of our products, students, chefs, classes and brand experience across digital platforms.
Work Location
MG Road, near Trinity Metro Station, Bengaluru
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Depending on skills, experience and performance
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for La Bake Amore
Photograph cakes, pastries, breads, desserts and other food products with strong attention to composition and detail
Capture classes, student activities, chef demonstrations, workshops and academy events
Create engaging visual content for Instagram, You Tube, website, advertisements and other digital platforms
Produce high-quality Reels, short-form videos and social media content
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to understand campaign and content requirements
Develop creative concepts and shot lists for product launches, courses, campaigns and promotions
Handle lighting, camera equipment, backgrounds and basic production setup
Edit photographs professionally, including colour correction, retouching, cropping and image optimisation
Edit short-form videos and Reels with appropriate pacing, transitions, music and text
Maintain an organised digital library of photographs and video assets
Ensure consistent visual quality and brand aesthetics across all content
Assist with behind-the-scenes and day-to-day content creation when required
Stay updated with current social media formats, photography trends and content styles
Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously improve the visual identity and online presence of La Bake Amore
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation
Strong understanding of food photography and product photography
Good knowledge of composition, lighting, framing and visual storytelling
Experience shooting Reels and short-form social media videos
Proficiency with professional cameras and photography equipment
Strong knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
Strong eye for detail, aesthetics and presentation
Ability to make food and people look premium, aspirational and visually appealing
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with food, hospitality, bakery, restaurant or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
A strong portfolio is mandatory
Working Conditions
Full-time | Permanent
10-hour workday (Monday weekly off)
1 fixed weekly day off , as per schedule

Who Should Apply?
This role is for someone who sees photography as more than simply taking pictures .
We are looking for a visual storyteller who understands how to make a product look desirable, how to capture the energy of a classroom and how to communicate the quality and personality of a premium baking brand through visual content.
You should be creative, fast, detail-oriented and hands-on , with the ability to take an idea from concept to final photograph or Reel.
If you have a strong visual eye, a great portfolio and the ability to create content that makes people stop scrolling, we would like to meet you.
