Graphic Designer

Location: Bengaluru

Role Description   This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru South. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, presentations, and internal communication assets. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, selecting typography, refining brand elements, and producing original graphics that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.

The role involves collaborating with HR consultants, marketing teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, present design options, and iterate based on feedback. The Graphic Designer is also expected to manage multiple projects, maintain organized design files, and stay updated with design trends and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation, with the ability to produce clean, professional, and visually engaging work.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities and visual systems for clients.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for both digital and print formats.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools) is highly beneficial.
Relevant experience in producing marketing and corporate communication materials, preferably in an agency or consulting environment, is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important.
A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
