Sphere Tree Analytics is looking for a creative and detail-oriented   Art Director   who can take ownership of the visual direction of our client projects and help our creative team bring brands to life.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our   graphic designers and video editors   , guiding them to create graphics, videos, reels, and other visual content that aligns with each client’s unique brand identity.

What You’ll Do     Lead and supervise the overall   visual style and creative direction   of client projects.
Guide graphic designers and video editors on   design, video editing, reels, layouts, typography, colors, transitions, and overall aesthetics   .
Ensure every creative output is consistent with the client’s   brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity   .
Review designs, videos, and social media creatives and provide clear, actionable creative feedback.
Translate client requirements and campaign ideas into strong visual concepts.
Maintain consistency and quality across multiple brands and projects.
Stay updated with current   design, social media, video, and content trends   .
Collaborate with the creative, content, and account teams to ensure ideas are executed effectively.
Help improve the creative team’s processes, quality standards, and overall output.
What We’re Looking For     Strong understanding of   branding, visual storytelling, graphic design, and video content   .
A good eye for composition, typography, color, editing style, and aesthetics.
Experience guiding or managing   designers, video editors, or other creative professionals   .
Ability to understand different brands and develop a distinct visual direction for each one.
Strong communication skills and the ability to give constructive creative feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media formats, especially   Instagram Reels, short-form videos, digital campaigns, and branded content   .
Previous experience in a   creative agency, media agency, advertising agency, or similar environment   would be an advantage.
