About Position:
We are seeking   Visualizer - Graphic Design & Video Editing   to create and oversee engaging visual solutions for digital media. This role demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to execute and manage diverse marketing projects such as project collateral, social media content, websites, product packaging, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing static and video visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and aesthetic visuals for print media (brochures, packaging, marketing collateral).
Develop concept videos, stop-motion animations, and promotional content using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Use appropriate typography, colors, and layouts to enhance user engagement and brand recognition.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Prior Real Estate experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
A strong creative portfolio showcasing previous work.
Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
