Job Description

· Advising and supporting Graphic Designers responsible for working on a specific client. Checking the quality of their work.

· Developing their skills, supervising projects.

· Design and layout of various platform and formats such as digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, walls, roll-ups etc.

· Collaborate with other team members to understand design requirements and objectives.

· Projects based on the received brief.

· Working on adaptations, locations according to the master materials.

· Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

· Prepare project with knowledge of print & digital.

· Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Work in an international environment for global clients.

· Adapt campaigns and digital materials to the design solutions used by the agency's clients.

Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Senior Creative Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a  portfolio  of relevant design projects.

· Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), Figma and other design tools.

· Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe XD, HTML5, Power Point will be appreciated.

· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, photo manipulation and composition principles.

· Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

· Knowledge of print production processes.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.

· Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.

· Good command of English in speaking and writing.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
