About the Role We’re looking for a creative and versatile  Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor  to work with our team on a project basis.
The role involves creating engaging visual content across social media, including static creatives, carousels, campaign designs and short-form videos/reels. The ideal candidate understands what works on social media and can turn ideas and briefs into content that is visually strong and attention-grabbing.

Key Responsibilities  Design creatives for  Linked In, Instagram and other social media platforms
Create social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives and promotional content
Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and other social media videos
Add cuts, transitions, text, captions, music, effects and other elements to short-form videos
Develop visual concepts based on creative briefs
Adapt designs and videos into different formats and dimensions
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
Work on multiple projects and deliver within agreed timelines
Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently
Stay updated with current social media design and content trends

What We’re Looking For  Strong understanding of graphic design, composition, typography and visual hierarchy
Good eye for creating clean and engaging social media content
Experience designing  social media creatives and carousels
Experience editing Reels and short-form videos
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva, Cap Cut  or similar
Ability to work independently from a brief
Strong attention to detail and sense of aesthetics
Good communication and time management skills
A portfolio showcasing both  graphic design and video/reel editing work

Nice to Have  Understanding of social media trends and content formats
Basic motion graphics skills
Experience creating content for brands, startups or marketing teams
Ability to suggest creative ideas rather than only execute briefs

Engagement  Flexible, remote freelance engagement
