Junior Product Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Junior Product Designer to join Flam’s product team. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create intuitive, visually engaging, and scalable digital experiences.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design end-to-end product experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system.
Understand user problems and translate them into simple, intuitive solutions.
Participate in user research, usability testing, and design reviews.
Stay updated with design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging technologies.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work .
Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, typography, and interaction design .
Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and experiment.
Experience designing B2B SaaS, consumer products, or AI-powered products is a plus.
