Whether you're an established Senior Grahic Designer from an agency background or an in house creative team, ready to lead key art and campaign development for global entertainment content, we'd love to hear from you, especially if your portfolio is built around key art and campaign work.
The Motion Story is looking for an Senior Graphic Designer specializing in Key Art and Campaign Development to join the Prime Video GSS Creative Studio team. This is a hands on creative leadership role owning project level visual direction, from ideation through approved key art and campaign development, for entertainment and sports content viewed by millions worldwide.
You'll work with in the strategy set by the Creative Director, guiding Visual Designers and ensuring every concept extends cleanly across campaign placements and production.
What You'll Do
Lead key art and campaign concept development for entertainment and sports titles, from brief through approved visual direction
Translate title narratives, campaign objectives and audience insights into distinctive visual territories
Develop hands on key art comps, concept presentations and campaign explorations
Establish composition, imagery, typography, color and visual hierarchy for assigned creative
Guide and direct Visual Designers through creative exploration, providing clear, actionable feedback
Own the creative integrity and quality of key art through approval and handoff to production
Present concepts and creative recommendations to stakeholders, articulating the strategic and visual rationale
Ensure selected key art extends effectively across digital, social, OOH and other campaign placements
Partner with the Creative Director on complex or high profile creative decisions
Who Can Apply?
An online portfolio heavily focused on key art, entertainment advertising or campaign concept development, this is a hard requirement, not optional
5+ years of experience driving creative strategy and execution within an agency or in house creative team
Experience leading creative development from concept through approved execution
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation tools
Advanced expertise in composition, photo manipulation, retouching, typography and visual storytelling
Experience providing creative direction and feedback to designers
Experience managing multiple complex creative projects and deadlines
Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Portfolio must reflect real, manually executed creative direction and design work, portfolios that rely mainly on AI generated work will not be considered, we want to see your own creative judgment and manual skill
Bonus If You Have
Experience developing key art for film, television, streaming or sports properties
Experience working with talent imagery, unit photography, photoshoots and licensed assets
Experience extending key art into integrated 360 degree campaigns
Experience presenting creative concepts to senior stakeholders
Understanding of global campaign development and regional adaptation
Familiarity with motion concepting and emerging creative technologies
