About the Role
We’re looking for a 2D Visualiser / Art Director – LEAD — a visual storyteller who can transform ideas into impactful design experiences. Someone who understands brands, breathes design aesthetics, and translates concepts into visually compelling stories that connect with audiences on and off screen.
This role demands a creative leader who can balance concept, craft, and clarity — from pitch decks and event branding to stage backdrops, LED visuals, collaterals, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Design Direction
Lead the 2D design team in conceptualizing and executing visual communication for events and brand campaigns.
Develop brand stories and creative layouts for pitches, presentations, and live event collaterals.
Ensure brand consistency and design excellence across all touchpoints — print, digital, and on-ground elements.
Translate concept ideas into high-quality visuals that enhance the event experience.
2. Collaboration & Team Leadership
Work closely with Concept, 3D, Client Servicing, and Production teams to visualize integrated event designs.
Review and mentor the 2D design team — ensuring quality, innovation, and timely deliverables.
Brainstorm with the Creative Director and Business Team to elevate pitch presentations and design impact.
3. Project Ownership & Delivery
Take end-to-end ownership of visual communication for key client projects.
Manage multiple projects and delegate tasks efficiently within the design team.
Ensure on-time delivery of all design assets while maintaining premium quality and brand alignment.
Required Skills & Competencies
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and brand storytelling.
Ability to visualize 2D design elements in sync with 3D set design and event space aesthetics.
Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, launches, and brand activations.
Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for design innovation.
Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers and art teams.
Educational Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
