A leading global manufacturing MNC is hiring law firm–trained legal professionals for its Centre of Excellence (CoE) team in Bangalore.
Role Overview
The role involves end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and manufacturing and supply-chain related contracts. The professional will work closely with internal stakeholders and global teams, manage complex negotiations, and support contract standardisation initiatives.
