NVT Quality Lifestyle, a premium real estate development company known for creating thoughtfully designed, high-quality residential communities, is seeking an experienced legal professional based in Bangalore to work closely with management on real estate transactions, corporate compliances, and governance matters. The role involves overseeing legal due diligence, drafting and execution of documents, coordination with external counsels, and representation in legal matters.

Key Responsibilities  Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for land and property acquisitions, with a strong focus on title investigations and local land laws.
Identify and advise management on legal risks and issues related to structuring land/property acquisitions and applicable development regulations.
Draft, review, execute, and standardize legal documentation including (but not limited to):
Title Transfer Deeds
Agreements of Sale
Lease Deeds
License Agreements
Coordinate with external legal counsels and obtain legal opinions as required.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and regulatory interactions.
Stay updated on developments in the real estate sector, including court rulings, regulatory changes, and legislative amendments, and proactively brief management.

Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB mandatory).
Strong working knowledge across core legal subjects, with deep expertise in real estate laws.
Minimum 7–8 years of progressive legal experience, with significant exposure to real estate matters.
Sound judgment, strong decision-making ability, and the capability to provide practical legal advice in complex situations.
Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.

Candidates based in  Bangalore , preferably in and around  Whitefield , or willing to relocate, may apply.
