Position Overview:

As a Patent Agent/Attorney specializing in Drafting and Prosecution, you will play a key role in crafting and securing patent rights for our clients in the rapidly evolving field of technology, particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, electronics and Communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in these fields and possess the expertise to navigate the complexities of patent law.

Responsibilities:

- Draft high-quality patent applications in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and communication.
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art.
- Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and stakeholders to understand and document inventions.
- Prepare responses to office actions and interact with patent examiners.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on patent portfolio development and management.
- Stay current with developments in patent law, particularly in the technology sector.
- Assist in client counseling and IP strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication.
- Qualified Patent agent.
- 4-7 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
- Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
