We’re Hiring | Legal Manager – Corporate & Regulatory Affairs

Compensation: ₹50,000 per month (CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum – Fixed)
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Manager – Corporate & Regulatory Affairs to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in corporate law and regulatory compliance, this opportunity is for you.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory: LL.B. (No active or pending academic backlogs)
Preferred: LL.M. in Corporate / Commercial Law
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (service agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, lease deeds, etc.)
• Advising on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters including SEBI regulations, cybersecurity, data protection, and export laws
• Handling legal documentation, disputes, and supporting litigation and arbitration matters
• Managing SEBI inspections and regulatory correspondence via SCORES and ODR portals
• Maintaining statutory records, supporting audits, and conducting compliance training sessions
We’re seeking someone proactive, analytical, and confident in handling regulatory interactions and corporate advisory matters.
