Firm Description
Fiscal Law Partners is a litigation firm specializing in matters in Income Tax, GST, Money Laundering, Benami and Black Money laws. We handle advisory, assessment/adjudication, appellate, writ and prosecution proceedings. We represent clients before various authories, Tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Court.
Role Description
Interns will assist with research, drafting, attending meetings and observing court proceedings.
Qualifications
• Final or penultimate year law students preferred
• Strong command of law and English
• Excellent communication, drafting and analytical skills
• Prior litigation internship preferred
