ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking for a dynamic, problem-solving legal mind to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a custodian of all the legal and compliance management for the company. Should be a proactive communicator, an all-rounder, multitasker and analytical in resolving any challenges.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensuring compliance with all the applicable statutory act such as Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, labor laws, consumer protection acts, FSSAI act, IT act etc
Secretarial aspect such as Organising board and general meetings including preparation of agenda and minutes thereof, maintaining and updating statutory books and registers, annual filing of forms and all the event-based forms with the Registrar of Companies, drafting of resolutions under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws
FEMA compliances, including filing of FC GPR, FC TRS, FLA forms etc.
Ownership of licenses tracker applicable to the Company and ensuring renewals on time
Obtaining Trademark registration and dealing with matters related thereto, including renewal thereof
Drafting and reviewing of legal agreements, contracts and deeds, and negotiation thereof
Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts, vendor agreements, and employee policies
Liaison with external parties such as investors, consultants, authorities etc

SALARY
Will depend on experience. Up-to 10 LPA.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification
