Associate Director (Agrochemicals)

Job Overview
The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Agrochemicals business, spearheading P&L management, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion efforts. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex market dynamics, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieve financial and strategic objectives. This role will directly report to the founders.

Requirements
B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes from India; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes is a plus.
Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups.
Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving business targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities
P&L Management:
Oversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded.
Strategy Development:
Formulate and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the domestic agrochemicals market.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Product Development:
Collaborate with R&D to align product offerings with market needs and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Onboard & align internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and drive things

Achieving Financial Targets:
Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals for the domestic agrochemicals segment, contributing to the overall growth of Atomgrid.
Market Expansion:
Successfully identifying and penetrating new markets or regions, leading to increased market share and brand recognition in the agrochemical sector.
Customer Satisfaction:
Building strong, enduring relationships with key clients and distributors, resulting in high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
