Director - US Leadership

Position: Director - US Leadership Hiring
Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a leader to join our US and International leadership hiring team. You will be the strategic architect of our executive search practice for the United States & other International Geographies. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role designed for a visionary leader who understands the American/ International leadership landscape and possesses the "hunter" instinct to scale a high-end consultancy desk.

Core Responsibilities
Executive Search Delivery:  Lead the end-to-end execution of retained and contingency searches for AVP, VP, SVP, and C-level mandates.

Client Relationship Management:  Act as a trusted advisor to our US/ International-based clients.

P&L Management:  Take full ownership of the US division’s financial performance, including revenue forecasting, budget management, and profitability.

Team Leadership:  Hire, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing consultants and researchers, fostering a culture of excellence and speed-to-market.

Strategic Market Expansion:  Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to acquire new enterprise clients and high-growth startups across the United States and other countries.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience -  10 - 15 years in Executive Search or Leadership Hiring, with at least 7+ years focused on the  USA geography . European experience will be an added advantage.

Network -  A robust, verifiable network of C-suite professionals and leaders in the US market.

Industry Knowledge -  Deep understanding of US employment laws, visa (H1-B, O-1), and regional compensation trends.

Communication -  Exceptional negotiation and storytelling skills; ability to "pitch" opportunities to passive, high-value candidates and clients

Education -  Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
