The L & OD department is currently headed by a DGM – L & OD With the focused OD interventions being planned by BIAL, it is imperative that we will need an experienced OD professional to bring deep subject-matter expertise across organization development, leadership development, talent management, change management, and culture transformation—combined with a strong execution mindset known for translating OD frameworks into practical, scalable interventions that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key roles and responsibilities:
Design, lead, and execute OD strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, and culture alignment in support of business objectives and business strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and design OD interventions
- Design and implement leadership development and succession strategies
- Drive performance management, capability frameworks, and talent processes
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives aligned to organizational values
- Manage large-scale change programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption
- Use data and diagnostics (surveys, assessments, analytics) to inform decisions
Key
Skills and experience:
With 10–15 years of experience, the role requires both deep OD expertise and strong delivery capability, ensuring that initiatives move beyond design into sustained adoption. The potential employees should have successfully led enterprise-wide initiatives including:
- Organization restructuring and role clarity
- Leadership capability building
- Performance management transformation
- Employee engagement and culture journeys
- Change enablement for business and digital transformation
