Job Summary
This is a key managerial position for Ennovi reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The mission is to drive profitable revenue growth within the Mobility Accounts in the region. The core responsibility will be to:
- Drive the overall Mobility Growth Strategy
- Identify and close new business opportunities with targeted customers.
- Team Management
The Head of Sales & BD will be the lead commercial face of the company within the region. This role will be leading a team of people in Account Management, Business Development, Field Application Engineers and Inside Sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Mobility Sales and Business Development for the region, responsible for OEM, Tier 1, Giga factories and focused startup customers.
- You will be responsible for managing a team working directly with regional customers on new business opportunities in developing a commercially viable engineered solution.
- Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and solutions.
- Foster early project involvement to ensure Ennovi becomes a preferred supplier at the targeted customers.
- Transition the regional sales from a “Build to Print” (B2P) to “Build to spec” through developing solutions and proposals for unique applications, working with customers’ engineers, Product Portfolio Directors (PPD), Ennovi Product Development (IPD) and Ennovi Technical Innovation Center (TIC).
- Collaborate design assistance with customers for “Build to Print (B2P)” business in order to enhance our chances of winning.
- Translate customer requirements to product requirements, articulating a clear, differentiated, compelling value proposition, including solution, product, technology, and financial value.
