Job overview:
The Vice President – Projects is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering Brigade Group’s real estate development portfolio with full accountability for time, cost, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across large and complex developments. With
** Brigade Group continuing on a strong growth trajectory—marked by portfolio expansion across geographies, asset classes, and scale—this role is central to enabling the organization’s Accelerated Growth agenda. The position drives execution excellence by strengthening project governance, enhancing construction productivity, institutionalizing best practices, and building high-performing project teams and partner ecosystems. Acting as a strategic partner to business leadership, the Vice President – Projects plays a critical role in de-risking expansion, protecting margins, and ensuring Brigade’s developments consistently reflect its brand promise and long-term value creation objectives.
Job objective:
- Develop and implement the overall Project Execution Strategy and ensure timely completion of all projects adhering to defined standards of cost and quality.
- Drive long-term value creation, profitability and engineering efficiency through process improvements and value engineering initiatives.
- Define construction engineering competencies and ensure they are updated in line with best practices and latest technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of Project Execution practices.
- Develop and implement SOPs for the Projects Department;
Lead the development of a framework for reporting & MIS.
- Establish a Knowledge Management Framework for sharing of best practices, experiences and key learning across all projects.

Operational:
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer – Projects to develop the project management framework (project planning, resource allocation etc) for all large-scale projects;
Drive project implementation within the optimum turn-around time.
