About the Role

As a Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, financial oversight, risk mitigation.

You will play a pivotal role in steering the project towards success by coordinating efforts and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and delivery milestones.
- Ensure deliverables align with scope, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Establish project governance forums, reporting structures, and cadence.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging challenges.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes.

Financial Management

- Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and profitability management.
- Ensure timely billing, revenue recognition, and compliance with Accenture financial controls.

Team Leadership

- Lead cross-functional teams (onsite/offshore), providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Ensure effective collaboration across delivery, architecture, QA, and business teams.
- Promote continuous learning, innovation, and delivery excellence.

Process & Quality Management

- Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Drive metrics-based performance and project health monitoring.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management roles.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Strong experience managing multi-location, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex delivery dependencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- 15 years full time education is required
- PMP, Prince2, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience working in a global delivery model (GDM).
- Prior Marketing operations experience is a plus.
