What You Bring
• Proven country leadership in India with exposure to global delivery
• Deep understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks and global models (MSP, RPO, GCC)
• A track record building/scaling offshore centers for international clients
• Multi market P&L ownership with strong commercial acumen
• Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication
