Role Summary

This person will serve in the Control Room of Yulu and be part of the Monitoring team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Yulu bikes in the field. They will also come up with a way to implement/strategise new operational processes to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Running day-to-day operations and implementing the strategy for the City Operations.
- Understand every process deeply and implement new processes for optimisation and
- increasing efficiency
- Coordinating & leading with the field team and constantly evaluating the field operations, implementing the standard operating procedures (SOPs), taking corrective actions, and strengthening the position of Yulu
- Drive projects to maximise the quality of bikes available in the field
- Understand repair & maintenance and innovate solutions for proactive maintenance of bikes on the road
- Will be part of the control room team to drive operational efficiency on the ground

Key Requirements

- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in managing operations and field staff
- Looking for a smart candidate who can adapt to the changing dynamics on the ground
- E-Commerce, Logistics, and Mobility background preferred.
- Open to work in night shift and 6 day working.
