Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all departments.
- Financial Oversight:
Manage the P&L to meet revenue and profitability targets, ensuring financial health and risk mitigation.
- Business Development:
Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships, market expansion, and product innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, government bodies, and industry partners.

Requirements:

- Experience:

15+ years in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
