What will you do?
As a Sales POD Leader, you will have end-to-end ownership of your POD’s outcomes.
Revenue & Growth
Own revenue, pipeline, and forecast for your assigned region
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline at 3–4× quarterly quota
Drive deal progression, closures, and expansion opportunities
Team Leadership
Coach, mentor, and drive productivity of 2 Account Executives
Ensure Account Executives are executing independently with strong deal discipline
Identify strengths, gaps, and development plans for each Account Executive
Daily Execution
Run a tight daily cadence: calls, demos, deal reviews, and closures
Lead  Deal-A-Day  motion and ensure consistent activity → outcome linkage
Review pipelines, deal hygiene, and forecasting accuracy regularly
Deal Quality & Trust
Own deal quality, CRM hygiene, and clean handoffs
Ensure customers experience clarity, trust, and strong value articulation
Act as a deal coach, not a deal saver

What success looks like?
First 90 Days
Fully ramped on product, ICP, use cases, and pitch
POD operating on a consistent Deal-A-Day cadence
Pipeline built to 3–4× quarterly quota
Account Executives executing independently with confidence
6–12 Months
Consistent quota achievement quarter after quarter
Expansion and upsell motion active within your accounts
Strong forecasting accuracy and predictable revenue
Next Sales POD Leader identified and actively mentored

Who should apply?
This role is for builders and operators, not overseers.
You should apply if you:
Have  8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise sales
Have  personally closed deals , not just managed teams
Are a strong coach who believes in execution discipline
Think in  inputs → outcomes , not just targets
Are comfortable being accountable for both numbers and people
